Dominic Lavelle GCMA, ACMA

CEO & Founder

Dominic is an entrepreneurial professional with over 23 years of experience across commercial, product and strategy roles in a variety of sectors including Investment Management, Energy, Financial Education and Insurance. He also previously ran and sold a Financial Education Company.

Dominic is a keen environmentalist and travels by train and bike to meetings where possible. He minimises flying and frequently travels to Europe for holidays by Eurostar.

Dr Simon Forsyth

Head of Carbon Modelling & Insight

Simon began his career in environmental management in 1989 by offering to look after a paper-recycling bin. He moved on to bigger things: helping set up the Green Teams at Hewlett Packard in Bristol, before becoming HP’s, full-time environmental specialist and ISO14001 auditor.

Neil McGregor

Head of Project Delivery

Neil is a leader with a strong track record in delivering sustainable, profitable business growth within global landscapes. He is adept at delivering complex change programmes from a technology and people perspective, with experience across multiple sectors. Neil is passionate about ESG with a specific focus on sustainable programmes of change.

Richard Bromley

Senior Carbon Consultant

Richard has over 25 years of experience as a sustainability consultant. He has an outstanding track record of working with organisations of all sizes to assess and manage their impact on the environment and improve resource efficiency. Richard has worked with over 150 companies and has experience in many sectors.

Paul Snookes MSc

Biodiversity Consultant

Paul has been passionate about helping clients to enhance the biodiversity on their sites for over ten years. He feels strongly that we can only thrive in a flourishing natural environment. He is keen to help your business and its people thrive in a nationwide network of linked biodiversity hotspots.

Paul also co-founded and helps run a successful environmental charity that helps a wide range of establishments to enhance the biodiversity on their sites.

Debbie Ward

Senior Circular Economy Consultant

Debbie has a wealth of experience advising clients and the industry on Circular Economy initiatives. She holds a PG Cert in Innovation, Enterprise & the Circular Economy, and she is a co-organiser of the Birmingham chapter of the Circular Economy Club, part of an international network. Debbie also sits on the IEMA Circular Economy Steering Group.

Tim Wynn-Jones

Energy Strategy Consultant

Tim’s background ranges from solar and onshore wind farm financing and development to business energy supply agreements and onsite energy solutions. He specialises in providing independent advice to businesses on the most appropriate solutions to meet their energy and decarbonisation goals and developing new products and routes to market for energy services companies. Tim has previously held senior roles across business and product development for a major UK utility and a private equity-backed energy technology startup.

Andy Young

Andy has over 15 years in the sustainability industry. His specialist area of expertise is working in the food and consumer goods sector to help reduce waste and increase productivity. Andy is an expert in helping companies achieve a high EcoVadis score.  Ecovadis is a leading provider of sustainability ratings and assessments for companies and their supply chains.

Stephanie Chadwick

Marketing Manager

Stephanie’s 15 years of experience in the Events industry led to her appreciation of the need to control waste better in the industry, which then led her down the path of becoming increasingly interested in the environment.

Camilla Krefting

Sustainability Consultant

Camilla is a dual citizen with a law degree in Belgium who has recently completed and MSc in Sustainability. She has work experience in Management Consulting and Account Management and has a track record of helping clients reach their goals.

Camilla frequently travels by Eurostar to see friends and family or to go on holiday. In her free time, she has carried out management training to NGOs and sustainable companies.

Finn Burden

Business Development Manager

Finn is our Business Development Manager possessing a love for building meaningful relationships, he thrives on connecting businesses with solutions that make a difference for the planet.

Finn is a keen cyclist and likes to get out on his bike as much as possible.

Will Dennis

Senior Sustainability Consultant

Will has worked in management and sustainability roles for 18 years, covering industries from agriculture and food retail to health & beauty and hospitality. He has experience in delivering complex ESG assessments and helping businesses to achieve certifications such as B Corp.

Will is most likely to be found outdoors – walking, cycling and rock climbing are core passions along with running an outdoor learning charity.
