For quoted companies, full SECR compliance requires:

At least one intensity ratio
Detailed methodology used
Previous years’ figures (except for the first year)
Underlying global energy use
Annual Green House Gas (GHG) emissions from activities, including fuel combustion and facility operation, and emissions from electricity, heat, steam, or cooling purchased for company use.
